A commercial, retail and industrial Real Estate Broker in Kentucky and
Illinois, Lori-Ann Cardoni-Dattilo offers a vast background in all forms of
real estate sales, leasing, marketing, development, negotiation and
management. Her career commenced at The Sears Tower, Chicago,
Illinois - Sears Roebuck, holding positions in property, land, underutilized
asset and real estate management during her 16 year tenure. She
continued onward as a Broker and Real Estate Consultant for NEC
Technologies, while simultaneously serving as a Realty World Commercial
Broker and Consultant. Having the opportunity to manage all facets of real
estate across the nation ultimately led Lori-Ann and her family to Kentucky
which she describes as one of the most beautiful states in our country
conducive to family and healthy economic growth. She expounded on that
statement serving as Economic Development Director for five years in
Central Kentucky, working with Industrial Clients, peers in neighboring
communities, The Harrodsburg/Mercer County Industrial Authority and
State Economic Cabinet, driving industrial development and renovation,
employee retention, industrial and commercial workforce development and
pioneering The Central Kentucky Partners in Progress Program for
workforce and economic development.
