Industry - Workforce Development Seminars - 2008-2009
Lori-Ann's unique career has allowed for direct interaction with diverse professionals, workforce,
communities, customers and clients across the country. This, in addition to building and leading
programs specific to Kentucky, and the crucial needs relating to industry, business and workforce
development. The perpetual support of many of Kentucky's most profound, global industries expound
upon the importance of carrying these successes forward. Lori-Ann delivers exciting, encouraging,
thought and ambition provoking programs, enriching her audiences in industry, business and workforce
development.
Educational Programs for Industry/Educators/Students/Active and Returning
Workforce
One of the greatest concerns expressed by global industry and growing business
is the concern with the future of our workforce. We know that some of the most
basic, social issues our manufacturing and broad spectrum industry are facing
exist in workforce discipline, ambition, self-presentation, attitude, career issues,
which frankly, are epidemic in, but not limited to, the 18-25 year old sector.
For those returning to the workforce, there are similar issues based upon
life-changing, career change, and self-improvement considerations.
Our unique programs; "Getting Your Foot Past the Door" and "Another Day Another
Achievement" target a plethora of audiences, each motivated to trigger career direction, ambition, and
motivation toward self-improvement and development. Experience, followed by more experience drives
"the spark" required to capture the attention of these valuable audiences. Having experienced economic
development and industrial development "from all sides" makes our programs an actual pleasant task to
deliver, and feature of The Cardoni-Dattilo Group, LLC.
FOR MID AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY AND BUSINESS LEADERS
"Power in Numbers"
The Partners In Progress Program for industry and Workforce Development" - Building Relationships
with Industry Peers. This program is unique and inspiring, based upon active, successful industry
retention programs and workforce development innovations led by LoriAnn in Kentucky working with
global industry, communities, educators, workforce and state leaders. This "roll-up your sleeves"
program helps business and industry "cut to the chase" in employee retention, training, collaborative
efforts in cost savings, health and safety collaborative initiatives, and increased communications by and
between business and industry.
FOR STUDENTS, ACTIVE AND RETURNING WORKFORCE - ALL FACETS OF
INDUSTRY
"Getting Your Foot Past The Door"
There are unique ways to reach students, active, returning and entry level
workforce which will not only communicate the most fundamental
requirements of business and industry, but will also encourage
developing one's own professional individuality. LoriAnn has spent years
in Kentucky talking with industry, community leaders, students and
educators about our current youthful generation's challenges in this area,
and ways to reach and encourage our future workforce. This program
highlights these topics in an inspiring open forum. (click on the program title for more information)
"Another Day - Another Achievement " A Business Life Experience
A most enjoyable and encouraging program, the audience will learn and discuss individual versus
broad spectrum company goals and the challenges employees face
in achieving both. The audience learns a tremendous message about
the impact of one person's actions and responsibilities within
any type of business organization. This program ranked an "11"
on a 1-10 for numerous audience members. Encouraged for future
and entry level workforce! (click on the program title for more information)
