With over twenty five years of unique experience in real estate, business,
marketing and economic development, LoriAnn Cardoni-Dattilo, a licensed Real
Estate Broker and Economic/Community Development Consultant is proud to

A commercial, retail and industrial Real Estate Broker in Kentucky and Illinois,
Lori-Ann Cardoni-Dattilo offers a vast background in all forms of real estate
sales, leasing, marketing, development, negotiation and management.   Her
career commenced in Chicago, Illinois - Sears Roebuck, holding positions in
property, land, underutilized asset and real estate management during her 16
year tenure. She managed facilities nationwide, with the unique opportunity to
participate in projects spanning all facets of real estate, including international
negotiations in sale, lease and redevelopment projects. She continued onward
as an industrial. commercial, special use Broker and Real Estate Consultant for
NEC Technologies, while independently serving as a Commercial and Industrial
Real Estate Broker and Consultant.

Having the business opportunity to travel across our nation created a familiarity
with the southern region which ultimately led Lori-Ann and her family to
Kentucky. In, 2001 LoriAnn was selected to lead Economic Development in
central Kentucky communities and welcomed the opportunity. Working with local
and international business clients, state leaders, educators and students she
innovated award winning programs geared toward education, business
development and overall quality of life at central and state levels in Kentucky.
Working in concert with global industry, educators and The State Economic
Cabinet, LoriAnn innovated the Chance to Advance program for the
professional development of Kentucky's future workforce.

In 2002, LoriAnn developed and initiated the Partners in Progress Program for
industrial, business. and educational leaders making permanent, positive
changes in industrial business communications, community and business
interaction, and student/workforce preparedness.

Numerous accomplishments followed, including successful community
development programs, student and workforce workshops, publishings
informational guides, real estate consulting, bringing community together with
industry, impacting community awareness and new efforts pertaining to quality of
life. LoriAnn prepared and secured Grants impacting industry credits for
business and workforce development and retention programs. LoriAnn also
worked with the State Economic Development Cabinet in developing the first
online presence for several communities in Kentucky.

Our combined real estate and economic development organization is a great
union of two core business services. Our real estate services division helps
professionals locate and secure the best business locations and structures most
viable for their business operation.   Our economic development division brings
a fresh perspective to the most fundamental requirements needed for a
prospective or existing employees career success. Our industry and business
